Create this project

npx extension@latest create my-newtab-sass --template newtab-sass
cd my-newtab-sass
npm install
npm run dev

First steps

  • Run npm run dev to launch the extension
  • Open a new tab to see the styled page this template ships
  • Edit src/newtab/styles.scss and save to watch the styles reload
